Meet Tiara!

 

Tiara is absolutely adorable! Her name truly suits her as she acts like a little princess. She is a 6 year old silver dapple mare with 2 rear socks. She is approximately 32". She has AMHA papers and we are working on getting them from her breeder. Tiara is a bit shy and not to fond of being handled but we're working with her and she is improving everyday. She and Reign, who have spent their entire lives together arrived here in late June from a retirement facility for full size horses up north where they were surrendered because their owner could no longer afford them.

 

Tiara is a master escape artist and their electric fence was no match for her skills. Unfortunately for Tiara she escaped into a pasture with full size horses and was kicked in the jaw and injured. The director of that facility worried for their safety and thought it best to send them somewhere better suited to their needs. Tiara was vet checked and x-rayed after being injured and has now completely healed.

Since her arrival here she has been brought UTD on vaccinations, dental, farrier and de-worming. She has a current coggins.
